Margaret Oesterreicher is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Marian Village, a Senior Living Community, part of the Franciscan Communities, located in Homer Glen. The Marian Village offers spacious garden homes as well as independent and assisted living apartments with an all-inclusive lifestyle of comfort and convenience. Marian Village won Franciscan Communities' Legacy Award in 2005 and 2006 for superior operating results. The community is proud of its award-winning commitment to resident satisfaction and fulfillment, as indicated by the responses received from residents in the annual resident satisfaction survey.

Margaret has been actively involved in the Chamber for several years. She has served on the Community Expo, Membership, Bylaws, Honor Card, and Member-to-Member committees.

Margaret and her husband, Carl, have been residents of Homer Glen for the past 10 years. They have two daughters, Rachel and Lisa. Both alums of Lewis University, Rachel, teaches Math at Lockport Twp. High School and Lisa is an Editorial Coordinator for an association management firm in Schaumburg.

Todd is a Broker/Owner with Main Street Real Estate and a Mortgage Banker with Community Mortgage. Todd has been in the real estate and mortgage business for a number of years and was awarded the Illinois Mortgage Broker/Owner of the Year award back in 2005. Todd is the Chairman of our Golf Outing and Website Committees and helps create, develop and execute special events for the Chamber. He enjoys golf, traveling and networking with fellow chamber members. Todd is married to his wife Lisa and they have two children Ryan and Lindsay.

Teri is the branch manager of Palos Bank and Trust and has over 25 years of banking experience.  She resides in Homer Glen with her husband Nick and her son Ken, a junior at Quincy University. Teri enjoys being active within the chamber and her community to which she has co-chaired the expo committee, chaired the nominating committee and served on the golf and installation dinner committees.  She is a member of the Christian Service and Finance Commission and has served on the parish council and Religious Education Commission for Our Mother of Good Counsel Parish. Current treasurer of the Goodings Grove Lions Club and past treasurer of the Providence Catholic High School Band Parent Association.

Mary Ann has more than 27 years of community banking experience with a long history of customer focus and superior service.

As an active member of the Homer Glen Chamber of Commerce, Mary Ann participated in the following committees; Expo, Honor Card, and Nominating Committees. She participated in local charity drives including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Lemont. She is an active member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox.

Mary Ann resides in New Lenox with her husband, Ken and their son Chris. Her daughter and son-in-law reside in Chicago.
Annette Gioiosa Past President: Annette Gioiosa

Annette has been a member of the HTCC for six years. The chamber offers networking opportunities which are helpful both professionally and personally. During the past years Annette has worked on the Vision Strategy Committee and  Membership Committee.

Annette resides in Lemont Township with her husband, Dan and their son John. Her older son Kevin, daughter in law, Erin and grandson Aidan reside in Joliet.

Bridgette is sales director at the Homer Horizon newspaper and has over 25 years in advertising sales.. Bridgette has served as past president of the Lockport Chamber of Commerce, as well as the chairman of the Lockport Old Canal Days Committee Chairman for many years. Bridgette resides in Lockport with her husband Keith and have three grown children, LIsa, Mike and Shane.

Kim is the Director of Development/Public Relations and the LTHS Foundation at Lockport Township High School District 205, which currently serves about 4,000 students.

The LTHS Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was established in 1999 to support and promote the educational programs and activities of students and staff. Over the years, community volunteers have helped by donating their time, energy and financial support to its efforts to acquire materials, services, and educational opportunities beyond those allotted by the school budget. To date, the foundation has awarded more than $800,000 in scholarships to well-deserving students.

Kim and her husband, Gary, live in Homer Glen along with their three children, Brittany, Alyssa and Trevor.

Wendy Carver

Wendy has been President and co-owner of Hollingworth Candies, Inc. (specializing in English Toffee) for the past 17 years. Hollingworth Candies has been a member of the HTCC for approximately 10 years and Wendy has previously served on the Directory and Membership Ambassadors committees. She is an active member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Lemont, IL.

Wendy and her husband, Dale, have resided in Homer Glen for 20 years. Their oldest daughter, Aubrey, is a student at Loyola University Chicago, and their younger daughters, Laura and Sarah, attend Lockport Township High School.

Claudio is a Vice President at Harris N.A serving as the Bank manager at the Homer Glen and Homer Township offices. He has been with Harris since 1998 and in the financial industry since 1995.Harris is committed to building, strengthening and enhancing the lives of those who live, work and play in every community they serve. Harris is an integrated financial service organization providing more than 1 million personal, business and corporate clients with banking, lending, and investing and wealth management solutions.

Harris has been helping customers and communities for over 125 years, with a focus on working to deliver great customer experiences.

Claudio has been involved in the Chamber for 3 years and has participated on the Community Expo and Golf outing Committees. Claudio has served on the South Suburban Housing Center board for the past 6 years currently serving as treasurer. Claudio currently resides in Frankfort with his family. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his children.

JoAnn serves the Homer Township Administration as assistant to supervisor Pam Meyers. She has been employed by the Township for 7 years. Prior to JoAnn's current position she was employed by The Homer Township Chamber of Commerce as Office Director. She was also involved as a member and past Trustee. JoAnn is married to Jim and mother to Michael & Mark.

Lynn McGary is a resident of Homer Township since 1977 and has seen many changes.  She began working for the "only bank in town" in 1984.  That was Savings of America on 143rd and Bell Road, a founding member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Rising through the ranks, she became manager of LaSalle Bank (same building) in 2002 and retired in 2009.

Lynn has been active in the Chamber for 12 years, serving on the board and holding the office of secretary in 2001 and 2002, in addition to serving on many committees over the 12 years.

Lynn is proud to be the first "Booster Member" of the Chamber in retirement.

Renee is currently a full time Professional Realtor with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell. This is her 6th year as a full time Realtor. She is also co/owner of Saban's Carpet Care, Inc. (Also a member of HTCC). Prior to becoming a trustee on the Homer Township Chamber Of Commerce, she served several terms as Vice President of the Homer 33-C Parent Teacher Organization. She has been on the HTCC Golf Committe for the past few years and has participated in many HTCC events.

Renee currently lives on Broken Arrow Golf Course in Lockport. Renee's son Adam is a freshman at Colorado School Of Mines in Golden, CO. and her daughter, Michelle is a sophmore at Lockport Townhsip High School.
